I use these slides as a warm-up to all of my phonics lessons, especially since each set follows my scope and sequence! Each set is organized based on the phonemes/letter sounds you will be teaching! Which makes it so easy!

This is the SECOND set of warm up slides teaching i, n, f, d, o, c & K - Each group of slides includes these 8 different skills:

• Sentence Clap- clap the words in the sentence
• Rhyme Match- match the rhyming words
• Syllable Chop- chop the word into syllables
  
• Initial Sound Snap- what is the initial sound for all the pictures?
• Final Sound Stomp- stomp out the final sounds
• Middle Sound Coaster- ride the roller coaster to find the middle sound
  
• Substitute a Sound – substitute the beginning sound, to make a new word
• Sound Tap- count how many sounds you hear in each word
